Position Summary:

National OnDemand, Inc. is a communications and utilities infrastructure provider delivering service solutions to the Fiber, Wireless, Energy and Technology sectors in the United States. Primary Position Duties:

  • Perform Accounts Receivable task:
    • Review and approve invoices
    • Transferring information from hardcopy to a digital format
    • Performing regular data integrity and quality audits
    • Reconciliation of work billed against client remittance
    • Create and Manage projects
    • Identify and resolve issues timely and accurately
  • Effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with various levels both internally and externally
  • Provide support in all Accounts Receivable aspects.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Responsible for reviewing, responding, and resolving request
  • Build solid rapport within organization
  • Identify process breakdowns and implement solutions to streamline processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education or Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Associate degree in accounting/finance preferred
  • 5+ years of Accounnts Receivable/Payable experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from various sources
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign
  • Proficient with the ability to quickly learn processes and procedures
  • Prior related office experience preferred
  • Previous Cable experience preferred but not required
