Many of our entry-level roles don’t require prior fiber experience as we provide on-the-job training. However, certifications like OSHA safety training, CDL licenses, or fiber optic certifications can be helpful for advancing in certain technical positions.
We offer structured onboarding, hands-on field training, and access to specialized programs such as Fiber Splicing Training, Aerial Lineman Training, and Leadership Training. Continuous learning is part of our culture.
Days vary depending on the project, but may include aerial line work using bucket trucks, underground directional drilling, fiber splicing. Crews work closely together to deliver safe and reliable broadband connections.
