When you visit an Internet website, you disclose certain information about yourself such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the time of your visit and the referring location (the site or page that offered a link to the Site). Information we collect includes browser information, operating system information, and the date, time, length of stay and specific pages accessed during your visits to the Site. Site also collects Personal Data about you that you provide to us voluntarily, such as through the “Contact Us” section.
National OnDemand may also collect information regarding the type of device you use, operating system version, the device identifier (or “UDID”), and associated services from your mobile device.
We maintain one or more databases in the United States to store your Personal Data and may retain it as reasonably required to fulfill the purposes identified below.
3. Why we collect these Personal Data and how we may share them
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

We maintain a variety of commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect your Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, we use industry accepted tools and techniques to protect against unauthorized access to our systems. But we have no control over the security of other websites or applications that you might visit or use even when a link to those websites or applications is available through the site. This will help to ensure that others cannot access your Personal Data.
We want you to feel confident using the Site; however, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take commercially reasonable steps to secure and protect your Personal Data and communications, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your Personal Data or other communications always will remain secure. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. To use the Site, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using the Site, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence. We do not use an application or other mechanism to determine the age of users of the Site and to provide any services. All information provided to National OnDemand will be treated as if it was provided by an adult. If, however, we learn that a minor has submitted information about himself/herself to us, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete the information as soon as practicable.
7. How long we keep your Personal Data
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, for business-related reasons and to enforce our agreements.
