Position Summary:

Responsible for checking billing systems, daily reports for new drop bury orders. Enter drop buries into 3rd party locate system. Assign cleared located drop bury orders to appropriate crews. Drive completion of drop buries to stay within SLA. Monitor emails for customer issues and concerns. Works closely with all field office locations. Monitor Penguin to keep job statuses up to date.

Primary Position Duties:

  • Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer fulfillment through quality, commitment, courtesy, teamwork, and unparalleled professionalism.
  • Ensure efficient and effective routing of cleared pending drop buries to the appropriate crews as to insure we arrive on site within the time frame committed to the customer.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust work assignments to ensure SLA’s are met on drop buries.
  • Maintains accurate information notes within the necessary systems where manual intervention is required to resolve the order discrepancy.
  • Interact with field leadership to ensure that all work is completed on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Use billing system, Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs and systems to ensure SLA’s are met on all drop buries.
  • Provide positive influence and leadership within the organization. This position is clearly intended to have a leadership component and requires one to be mindful of their behavior both in and out of the workplace.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for help in a timely and professional manner.?
