Position Summary:

The Construction Coordinator will assist the Director of Operations with daily tasks required for the operation and management of the Construction team.
Primary Position Duties:
- Coordinate basic construction projects for building, repairing, and maintaining HFC networks
- Input data reports on an Excel platform.
- Coordinate power supply meter setup with local power companies.
- Coordinate with the appropriate entity to ensure all power supplies are inspected in a timely manner while keeping track of invoices and payments as needed.
- Prepare system maps and/or print packages for distribution.
- Coordinate permitting where needed.
- Coordinate DOT compliance and physical of the internal team.
- Tracks all activity for construction and reports accordingly.
- Works with leadership to manage and track material receipt and issuance.
- Perform locates as necessary.
- Track vehicle tag and registration issues while helping to resolve any fines incurred.
- Adhere to industry-specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
- Know, understand, and follow company policies.
- Assist the AR liaisons with inputting red lines, billing, or any other task needed.
- Perform other duties as requested by Local Management.
Position Requirements:

Education or Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience in office administration or other related fields in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and software applications.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Ability to establish business relationships and work effectively with business and client contacts, as well as peers, end users and all levels of corporate management.
- Ability to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather.
- Detail-oriented to accurately measure distances, using tapes or other measuring devices.
- Must be able to differentiate between different sizes and colors.
- Ability to read general system layouts from blueprints.
