National OnDemand may also collect information regarding the type of device you use, operating system version, the device identifier (or “UDID”), and associated services from your mobile device. 

We maintain one or more databases in the United States to store your Personal Data and may retain it as reasonably required to fulfill the purposes identified below.

3. Why we collect these Personal Data and how we may share them

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

6. No Services for Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from minors. To use the Site, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using the Site, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence. We do not use an application or other mechanism to determine the age of users of the Site and to provide any services. All information provided to National OnDemand will be treated as if it was provided by an adult. If, however, we learn that a minor has submitted information about himself/herself to us, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete the information as soon as practicable.

7. How long we keep your Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, for business-related reasons and to enforce our agreements.
