Primary Position Duties:
We are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to our Human Resources Team. In this position, you will be supporting an HR team by performing a variety of critical administrative tasks. You will have a direct and impactful role in the team’s overall success.
- Coordinating the hiring process with recruiters and/or hiring managers.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry for HR systems.
- Create offer letters and track the offer acceptance status.
- Administer background & drug screening paperwork to applicants, monitor the pre-employment screening for new hires, document results, and report results to the recruiter as needed.
- Scheduling candidates for interviews and pre-employment testing, including coordinating travel arrangements, if applicable.
- Maintain timely and thoughtful candidate correspondence – serve as the primary point of contact for candidates’ questions and concerns.
- Send and receive employment documents.
- Sourcing and Screening candidates.
- Assisting with full-cycle recruiting for front-line positions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned..

Education or Skills:
- High school Degree or equivalent
- One year of experience supporting a full-cycle recruiting team or a similar group.
- High volume recruiting experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven.
- Comfortable with all elements of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
